Master Stylist
Crystal Andrea, CEO
Crystal is the owner and CEO of Rouge. With 20 years in the industry she has given her talent and compassion to the community. She has many specialties such as K-tip extensions, special occasions, and her optimism. She also has an affinity for short and curly hair. Her glowing confidence is contagious both as a leader and a friend.
As a single mom with a Taoist philosophy, Crystal enjoys practicing yoga and going on adventures with her daughter (whose personality is a carbon copy of her mother's).

Maegan White
Maegan is an Oklahoma Native who found roots her in Massachusetts. Her love for the beauty industry started with watching makeup tutorials. She would spend her free time recreating looks. Today she uses that passion for her craft. She is trained in a variety of modalities and has a vast knowledge of skincare.
In her free time Maegan loves making memories with family and friends. She enjoys taking the family dog, Walter, to the park to walk and play.

Aubrey Dumont, Assistant Manager
Aubrey is an educator for KEUNE. She began her career in a corporate salon and quickly realized that the environment wasn’t for her. When she transitioned to our small business she not only found her home, but also people who shared her fondness for knowledge and education. With us, she learned to specialize in blonding and custom fantasy color services. With 12 years of experience under her belt, Aubrey’s high energy and infectious smile has become an inspiration for all of us.
Aubrey enjoys going to concerts big and small. Spending time with her friends and (large) family is where you will find her on the weekends.

Kelly Korslund
Kelly began her career assisting local master stylists after graduating from Tri-County RVTHS Cosmetology in 2014 . Building her clientele with kids’ and mens’ cuts, she is patient and precise. Kelly loves creating long-lasting natural looks with highlights or the occasional vivid masterpiece. Kelly is reserved by nature, so she is great for an open ear but can give good advice when it's needed!
Kelly enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, camping, and kayaking. Cape Cod is Kelly’s happy place, she dreams to have a Cape house one day!

Hannah Naughton
After graduating from Tri-County, Hannah began her career in a corporate environment perfecting her skill with walk-in after walk-in. With seven years of experience, Hannah has the speed and expertise needed for any service. She specializes in lived-in blonding services and High-Density (thick hair) services. She is also a Lash L'Amore certified lash technician for lash lifts, tinting, and lash extensions.
Outside of the salon, Hannah loves spending time with her friends and family; especially her niece. Hannah is also a certified Disney Adult. Any Disney planning, information or just casual conversation you want, she's your girl!
If you're lucky enough to find Hannah awake early in the morning, it's probably because she and Kelly will be catching the sunrise at the beach.

Junior Stylists
Jessica Spencer
Jessica is our Junior stylist. She first joined the industry at 16 when she attended Tri-County. Since starting her career with us, Jessica learned to excel at lived-in blonding techniques. She loves a good heavy, full foil. She has a soft spot for long hair, as someone who has a strong attachment to her own long hair.
Jessica is very much a homebody and a hardcore animal lover. Outside of the salon you can find her trying to rescue any animal whether it be a dog or racoon. She also enjoys long road trips, going to the gym, and trying new foods. In her free time you can usually find her at home spending time with her two cats Hiccup and Willow.

Donna Leonardo, General Manager and Lead Nail Technician
With her role as General Manager, Donna oversees all of our day-to-day operations ensuring things run smoothly. Our guests are Donna's top priority.
As our CND expert in Brista gel nails, Donna can create gel nail extensions that look and feel like real nails. Whether it's gel nails, manicure or pedicure Donna will masterfully take care of all your nail needs.
When she's not at the salon, Donna can be found enjoying the time she spends with her family.
With her genuine personality paired with professionalism and her joy for this salon, she is an undeniable asset to Rouge!

Lauren Masse
Lauren has been our receptionist for almost 2 years. She enjoys meeting new people and does everything in her power to ensure every guest is well taken care of.
Lauren is a new mother of a beautiful baby boy and adores watching him grow. She treasures each milestone and every moment she spends with him and her family.
Lauren is always exploring and discovering new things. Finding new adventures is her passion.

Cypress Petrucci
Cypress is the youngest addition to our beauty salon family. They are currently enrolled in Cosmetology though South Eastern Regional. They have big dreams of specializing in gender affirming hair care and vivid hair coloring.
When Cypress isn’t studying or working at the salon, they like spending their time reading and making food for their loved ones.
