All minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the consultation for any service.
REFUND POLICY: We do not offer refunds for any services, we take pride in doing all we can to ensure our guests look and feel their best. Please contact your service provider if you have any questions or comments on your finished look.
CANCELATION PLOICY: In order to give our guests the best possible service and appointment times we have a strict 24 hour cancelation/ no show policy. The 25% NONREFUNDABLE no show/cancelation fee. If there is a history of more than 1 no-shows or cancellations, we require a credit card on file. Any tardiness over 15 min will be marked as no show and will incur a 25% no show fee.
